This Vegan Edible Cookie Dough Recipe comes with 5 optional add-ins and a healthy version of edible cookie dough. The nutrition is based off the cookie dough recipe. This will make the servings 1/8 cup (equal to 2 cookies) but if you add in chocolate chips it will make the calories higher, but also give you more servings. Special Tip: If you don't like maple syrup, your favorite vegan liquid sweetener will work in this recipe.
Add the almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and salt to a medium bowl.
Mix together until combined.
Fold in your chosen add-ins and serve.
Special Tip: I like to roll these into 1 tablespoon balls and freeze. They are fantastic frozen, but also keep me from eating the entire bowl of cookie dough.
