These vegan biscuits and gravy are quick and easy, and come with a homemade vegan biscuit recipe too!You can use any vegan breakfast sausage you like, Beyond Meat makes a really good one.Special Tip: I like to make the biscuits first, get them in the oven, and then work on the gravy. And you can make them ahead of time as well.
Spray a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Add in the sausages and cook through, then remove to a plate to cool.
Add the flour to the skillet and 1/2 cup of milk. Whisk together until you have no lumps, then add the remaining almond milk and cook, mixing often until thick, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile chop or crumble the cooked vegan sausage.
Once the gravy is thick, add in the crumbled vegan sausage, salt and pepper and mix well.
Taste and add in more salt or pepper as needed.
Serve over hot Vegan Biscuits.
