Preheat the oven to 450°, and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
To a large bowl add the cauliflower florets. Spray with olive oil and add the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well until all of the cauliflower is coated in spices.
Move the seasoned cauliflower to the prepared baking sheet.
Place in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.
