Vegan Coleslaw Recipe

This Vegan Coleslaw Recipe comes with 3 different vegan coleslaw dressings, so you are sure to find the perfect egg and dairy free coleslaw.

I love this recipe because you can make it ahead of time, and thanks to the lack of dairy and eggs, you can leave it out at a party or BBQ.

Ingredients in Vegan Coleslaw

There are 3 different dressing recipes here, so you will want to start out by asking yourself which one you want.

The vegan mayo one and the yogurt dressing are similar in flavor and both make a creamy coleslaw. But the yogurt dressing is low calorie and healthier.

As for the vinegar based coleslaw dressing, this one will not be creamy.

Audrey Johns
With so many vegan coleslaw recipes out there, I wanted to compile 3 coleslaw dressings in one recipe card so you have 3 options to work with.
I prefer the yogurt based dressing and that is what the nutrition is based off. But all 3 are great!
Special Tip: The lowest calorie dressing will be the yogurt based one.
