Optional Add-Ins:

With so many toppings it might hard to choose. I like to make a batch of the edible cookie dough, and then add it to 3 bowls (as seen in the photo below).

I add in different toppings to each bowl, then roll the cookie dough into balls and freeze. This way I have sweet treats anytime I want, and lots of flavors to choose from.

How to Make Edible Cookie Dough:

  1. Add the almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and salt to a medium bowl.
  2. Mix together until combined.
  3. Fold in your chosen add-ins and serve.
  4. Special Tip: I like to roll these into 1 tablespoon balls and freeze. They are fantastic frozen, but also keep me from eating the entire bowl of cookie dough.

These vegan cookie dough balls will hold in the freezer for up to a month, and in the fridge for 1 week. I recommend rolling into balls so that the portions are already done for you. Two vegan cookie dough bites are one serving.
