This 2 Ingredient Cashew Cream Recipe is the key to many vegan pasta dishes. It’s healthy and easy, and completely delicious!
I like to make it sweet as well and use place of heavy cream in baking dishes (see notes below on how to).
This healthy vegan cream alternative is also freezer friendly. Add to freezer containers, or ice cube molds and freeze. This way you have vegan cream available anytime you need it.
The cubes are especially handy, just toss 1-2 in a pan for a quick and easy creamy pasta recipe!
