  1. Add the almond milk and cinnamon sticks to a small sauce pot.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to the lowest setting and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cinnamon sticks and add in the cocoa, chocolate chips, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk well until the chocolate melts and the milk gets a bit frothy.
  4. Pour into a mug and serve hot with your favorite toppings or add-ins.
